DETAILS

The Overview
While working as a brand designer at The Carlyle Group, I led the design of numerous social media campaigns. The first social campaign was for International Women’s Day 2019, highlighting The Carlyle Group’s leaders in business. The second social campaign was for the 2019 Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality Award that The Carlyle Group had received from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. The third campaign was to support the release of The Carlyle Group’s annual Corporate Citizenship report. 

The Brief
I was challenged to take on the creative direction and content creation for the three social media campaigns.

The Results
I created successful on-brand visual solutions leading to a 200% increase in user engagement on The Carlyle Group’s social media platforms.
